Our Therapists provide Deep Tissue Massage and General Swedish Massage techniques, which incorporate therapeutic and relaxation benefits . Our Team at Aurora Mountain provides effective services which cater specifically to each individual. Our RMT's have training in Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Active and Passive Engagement, Pre-Natal and Post-Natal, as well as Massage for Children.

This service provides an effective therapeutic and relaxation Cupping Therapy experience. Cupping is a great service which helps reduce cellulite, scar tissue, stretch marks, burns, and constipation. It also assists with the reduction of stress, adhesion's, trigger points & tightness. Cupping also allows for detoxification of the body! *Please note: there is no additional cost for cupping, compared to a regular RMT treatment*

Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage. We use Basalt stones which are heated up and used to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress. It is especially beneficial for therapeutic deep tissue massage. 

Manual Osteopathic Therapy takes a look at the body as an entire entity. These services incorporate Osteoarticulations, Advanced Myofascial Remodelling following Thomas Meyer techniques. Involuntary Mechanisms which includes Manual Lymphatic Drainage with Vodder techniques and basic Upledger Cranial Sacral Therapy, as well as Visceral Manipulations. Direct Billing is not yet available with any Insurance companies, only manual submission of receipts.

Reflexology is the application of pressure points to areas on the feet (or the hands). Reflexology is generally relaxing and may help alleviate overall stress. The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems throughout the body.
