Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage. We use Basalt and Jade stones which are heated up and used to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress. It is especially beneficial for therapeutic deep tissue massage, as each stroke with a Hot Stone is equivalent to 10 Sw
